Ranch

My absolute favorite place to be.
Love that my family loves it just as much!
We had the chance to head down to the Ranch before and right after Christmas this year and stayed on for the New Year. We went hunting, rode in the truck, fixed the feeders, arrowhead hunted, fed the horses, drove in the truck some more and relaxed. Wyatt and Sarah drove the John Deere over and over again and Sarah tried teaching Wyatt how to drive. He will be able to drive better than Sarah before she realizes it.
Fireworks were wonderful and the food was amazing! I love the picture of what looks like we are all up late ( because its dark)...unfortunately it was THAT early in the morning. :)

It's Christmas time!

We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas in Georgetown with Grandma and Grandpa Maddox and Uncle Ben coming to celebrate. We decorated cookies, gingerbread houses, and played played played. We went to a cute kid friendly Christmas Eve service down the street and came back home to set out the magic reindeer food and Santa's cookies and milk. Everyone slept all night...thank goodness!...and we awoke to presents and stockings from Santa.I love the magic of Christmas!
