Snow Day!

Ok, I know I am not the only one posting about our snow day today but it has been amazing! It has been snowing non-stop since about 9:00 this morning ( it is now 6:00 in the afteroon). We have about 2-3 inches of the pretty white stuff! Sarah enjoyed being outside and watching Dylan run and play with Jordan. I copied my mom and put Sarah in a ziploc bag so her feet did not get wet...an old trick pulled by Cindy when it snowed in SA in the 80's.
We had another "first" today...Sarah rolled from back to front!

Lots of posts today....

Watching the 2010 Olympics with Daddy! Go USA!

Sarah had the chance to love on Grandma and Grandpa Maddox on Sunday and enjoyed Grandpa reading her new ABC Art Book. She loved playing games with Grandma and gave big smiles when she was bounced in the air!

A First

Sarah had her first taste of rice cereal on Friday. She also had the chance to hold her cup with and without the sippy cup lid on. She was distracted from the cereal and kept eyeing Daddy's beer. Nice. Every night she is getting a little better at using her spoon. You go girl!

Let's Rodeo San Antonio!

We went down to SA for the rodeo on Saturday night and enjoyed the finals with some very dear friends. Sarah was dressed to "support" us going to the rodeo! (she did not attend...she is too tiny this year) Uncle Ryan provided Sarah with her cowgirl outfit...boots and all! Thank you Ryan!

What?!?...I'm already 4 months old?

Sarah turns 4 months (officially tomorrow) but we had her appointment today and she did great! A happy, healthy little girl!

13 lbs 10 oz. ( 50%)

24 1/4 inches ( 50%)

head circumference 40.1 cm. ( 30%)

She got 4 shots and one oral vaccine today and did great! She was shocked by the first shot and by the 3rd she was crying and then stopped once Mommy had the chance to pick her up. She then decided to smile and talk to everyone as we checked out. Such a tough little girl!
