Christmas Part Two

We spent Christmas in Georgetown this year with Nanny and Pappy coming to celebrate. Christmas Eve we went to the McMahon's for church and dinner. It is impossible to get a picture of all four of the kiddos, mainly due to the 3 year old lack of patience. :)  Hershey Kiss bribes.  Santa came to see Sarah the next morning and watching her enjoyment and excitement was wonderful! Tia, Uncle Ryan and Wyatt came up for Christmas breakfast, stockings and presents. We also enjoyed the rest of the family that evening for an early dinner, white elephant gift exchange and more presents! So fun as always! Sarah was so excited to have received a jack in the box from Santa...for some reason this is all she really wanted for Christmas but then soon realized that the awesome playhouse for the backyard that her Daddy put together was pretty great too!

Christmas Part One

We had the chance to have 2 Christmases this year...the first being with Grandma and Grandpa as well as Uncle Ben. We had a great time going out to dinner followed by presents and cupcakes at our house! Sarah thought it was pretty special getting to open gifts from her family. Boy was she excited about her new outfits! She loves clothes!

Eager Elephants celebrate Christmas

Christmas Party in the Eager Elephant preschool room! They enjoyed lunch, cookie decorating, craft time and a book exchange. Sarah could have concentrated on the cookie decorating the whole time...it is serious work to her!

It's Christmas time!

We had a lot of assistance from our little helper this year decorating the house. We had to decorate the day after Thanksgiving in order to prep our home for the Georgetown Heritage Society's Holiday Home Tour that our home was a part of this year. Sarah participated in her Mothers Day Out Christmas "program" with her class...they sing  a couple of songs that they have been working on in their Music class for the parents. She didn't receive the pink dot to stand on ( boys, don't steal the pink ones...girls cant work with the blue) and had a minor meltdown but she regrouped and walked back up on stage to participate. I was really proud of her making such a big girl choice to try again. Picture is of Sarah and Mrs. Billingsley, her music teacher.
