Back to School 2014

It was Back to School for ALL the Maddox girls this year! On September 2, Sarah started her first day of Pre-K with the amazing Mrs. Quiroz. Hannah started her first day of school EVER in the Toddler class with the sweet Ms. Michele and Ms. Sunshine, and Mommy started her first day of school as Assistant Director of the girls preschool, First Baptist Weekday Education.
What a busy, fun, busy...did I say busy? day it was!!

Its almost school time so why not a quick trip to the ranch

Jordan and I took the girls for a weekend to play, just us four. It was wonderful and as always relaxing!

A little pre school All About you Activity

Galveston with Grandma and Grandpa

We were given the opportunity to take the girls to Galveston for a long weekend trip with Grandma and Grandpa. They rented a darling house in the historic district and were ready for action when we walked our excited group into the door! We enjoyed the beach, a ferry ride, Moody Gardens and some good food. Sarah was all in went we headed in to the sand, but it took Hannah a little longer. It was a lot of fun to watch the girls enjoy new places and new experiences!

Sarah's First Dance Experience

Sarah attended her first dance class during a Frozen Dance Camp at a local studio. She LOVED every minute of it especially the last day where they dressed as their favorite princess ( Anna today) and performed a couple of dances  in an in-studio recital.

August....backyard fun and a ranch trip

It is still hot! Ahhhh August...hottest month of the year but fun can still be had! Lots of popsicles, dress up and tirp to celebrate Evie at her sip n see in San Antonio i show we started of the month.

Amanda and I met in San Antonio to take the kiddos to Natural Bridge Caverns Safari Park to drive through and feed the animals...full of nervous laughter from the kids. They were not sure if they liked it or not! We enjoyed time letting the cousins play and swim and build their sweet relationships.

Hannah is 18 months old

Hannah turned 18 months old this month and boy is  she a busy girl! She still follows and copies everything Sarah does and becoming a chatterbox learning new words everyday. She challenges us all the time with new laughter, new problem solving for mom and dad and lots of joy!

Sweet girl received two shots and had a healthy check up! We sure do love you Hannie!
